The booking process is straightforward: After initial consultation and quote acceptance, I require a 50% deposit to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on completion of the shoot. Deposits can be paid via bank transfer or card payment, and full terms are provided with your formal quote.

What image rights and usage are included? Can I share images with third parties?

All packages include full commercial usage rights for your business - meaning you can use the images for marketing, websites, social media, and promotional materials without restriction. However, you cannot provide images to third parties (agencies, contractors, etc.) for their independent use. Copyright remains with Duo Photo Ltd, but usage rights are exclusively licensed to you for your business purposes.

How quickly will I receive my professionally edited images?

Standard delivery is professionally edited high-resolution images within 24 hours of your shoot. This rapid turnaround is possible due to our streamlined workflow and professional editing systems. For urgent projects requiring same-day delivery, this service is available with prior arrangement at no additional cost.

What are your travel and setup requirements?

I provide UK-wide coverage with mobile studio capabilities. Travel costs are included in quoted prices for standard locations. Setup typically requires 30-60 minutes depending on complexity, and I work around your schedule to minimize business disruption. For drone work, I handle all CAA permissions and safety requirements. I just need adequate space and power access where available.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are: 50% deposit to secure booking, 50% balance due on completion of shoot. Invoices are issued immediately with 7-day payment terms for the final balance. I accept bank transfers, card payments, and business cheques. For corporate clients requiring 30-day terms, this can be arranged with credit application.
